When somebody dies, a cloud turns into an angel, and flies up to tell God
to put another flower on a pillow. A bird gives the message back to the world, and sings a
silent prayer that makes the rain cry. People disappear, but they never really go away.
The spirits up there put the sun to bed, wake up grass, and spin the earth in dizzy
circles. Sometimes you can see them dancing in a cloud during the day-time, when they're
supposed to be sleeping. They paint the rainbows and also the sunsets and make waves
splash and tug at the tide. They toss shooting stars and listen to wishes. And when they
sing wind-songs, they whisper to us, don't miss me too much. The view is nice and I'm
doing just fine.

On September 2nd, 1998 SwissAir flight 111 from New York to Geneva went down in the Atlantic Ocean only 6 nautical miles of the coast of Nova Scotia. All 229 passengers and crew onboard perished on that tragic night, touching the hearts of thousands.
Especially touched were the residents of Nova Scotia, whose "backyard" this tragedy occurred in. This web page has been designed so that Nova Scotians and other visitors may take a moment to remember those lost and their families, as well as those brave souls involved in the rescue and salvage operations.
The guestbook below has been provided for visitors to extend messages of support and sympathy to the family members of the victims so that they may take some comfort it knowing just how much this event has touched the lives of so many.
So please take a few minutes to read through what other's are feeling and to sign the guestbook yourself.
