Francine is an experienced Adult Education Trainer/Facilitator. She has developed, designed many courses within the Public Service of Canada, including cross-cultural and Aboriginal Awareness Programs. Francine also spent six years in Nunavut, co-managing the Nunavut Unified Human Resource Development Strategy (NUHRDS) and led the development of Inuit Employment Plans with the office of the interim commissioner for Nunavut. She is also experienced in course assessment and evaluation. In addition, during her 33 years of service in the Public Service Commission of Canada Francine has facilitated many multi-disciplinary focus groups and workshops across Canada. Francine, now retired, has worked in many departments within the Public Service of Canada, including her last 15 years with the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development. She has done voluntary work within her community to enhance Aboriginal awareness with youth. As well, she is an accomplished public speaker with various universities in Canada, Inter provincial Association for Native Employment and others.
