Chris Turnbull works at Carleton University with the
Centre for Initiatives in Education (www.carleton.ca/cie).
She is the Student Coordinator for the Nunavut Certificate
in Public Service Studies, a 10 course, accredited,
professional development program delivered via distance
learning and in partnerships with the Government of
Nunavut, Human Resources and the School of Public Policy
and Administration at Carleton. She also works with
the CIE on a BA program that is delivered onsite at
Nunatta Campus, Iqaluit, in partnership with Nunavut
Arctic College.
