Graham White obtained his B.A. from York University,
and his M.A. and Ph.D. from McMaster University. He
is presently at the University of Toronto in the department
of political science. He is interested primarily in
structures and processes of Canadian government, particularly
at the provincial and territorial level. Current research
focuses on the comparative study of Canadian cabinets
and on the political institutions of Nunavut and the
Northwest Territories. Publications include cycling
