Grade Four
GCO: Students will demonstrate an understanding of and apply concepts and
skills associated with measurement.
KSCO: By the end of grade 6, students will have achieved the outcomes for
entry-grade 3 and will also be expected to extend understanding of measurement
concepts and attributes to include volume, temperature, perimeter and angle.
SCO: Recognize and be able to demonstrate that objects of different shapes
can have the same area.
Using tools such as graph paper, students should be able to recognize and
demonstrate that objects of different shapes can have the same area.
