Your child will enjoy re-reading this predictable book.

1. Several animals from the book are included so you can act out this story. Other animals not in the book are also included so that you and your child can think of words to describe these animals as "too..." to be kept as pets.

2. Children will enjoy designing or building homes or cages for these animals out of materials that may be found around your home, such as cereal boxes or other containers. When they are building these homes/cages you should discuss the appropriateness of the boxes they choose with regard to size in terms of height, width and depth and shape.Your child should bring these projects to the class on Tuesday morning so that they can tell the class how they made this home or cage.
