Plane symmetry p3

p3 consists of two rotations through 120 degrees.

Some of the works of M. C. Escher display this symmetry. They include: *This pattern was later used in Reptiles, 1948.

Escher also made sketches of tile patterns at the Alhambra in Spain with this symmetry.
