Click: File Exit

Minitab will ask you if you wish to save your data.

Save changes to 'Untitled Worksheet' before exiting?

The term "worksheet" refers to your data window.

Click NO if you've already saved your data (see Step C. above) or if you just do not wish to save it.
Click YES if you haven't saved your data earlier and you wish to do so before exiting.

Then Minitab will ask if you wish to save your output.

Save changes to Session Window before exiting?

Click NO Since you have already printed and saved your output from WORD.

Once your back in Windows you may logoff in the usual way.
