As I said in the review class, the final will emphasize material since the second midterm, with some factorial data to interpret as well. There are 41 Multiple chopice questions (40%), 7 problem solving ((38%), 3 short answer (13%) and one longer essay (10%).  You don't have to know any formulas but you do have to understand what differnet analyses involve/do etc.  I try to test how well you understand and can apply this information rather than how good your memory is.
