Description: This course is intended for students who have completed Grade 11 or Grade 12 High School French. The object is to help you improve your communication skills, both oral and written, by strengthening your knowledge of grammar, developing your ability to comprehend what you read and hear and broadening your vocabulary. There will be regular grammar and vocabulary exercises, reading assignments, and compositions, all of which are a compulsory part of the course.

Comeau & Lamoureux, Ensemble:Grammaire (sixth edition) This text can be purchased at the University Bookstore. Additional reading materials will be distributed in class by the instructor or made available on Plato.
