For each presentation component, select the number which, on the following scale, best describes your evaluation of each criterion described: 1-poor, 2-fair, 3-good, 4-very good, 5-excellent

a.    Did the Content of the introduction indicate the importance of the topic?           

b.    Were there appropriate links to the audience's knowledge throughout
       the main part of the presentation

c.    Did the presentation cover important concepts, research findings, the
      researcher's methodological issues concerning interviewing, etc;? (i.e., did the presenter
      choose important and relevant information to cover in the presentation?)

d.    How were the questions from the audience handled? Did answers
       reflect knowledge and understanding of the area?

 

2.    Organization (Weight 25%)

a.    Was the Purpose of the presentation clearly stated?

c.    Were important points understandable?

d.    Was there a conclusion at the end of the presentation?

 

3.    Style (Weight 25%)

a.    Were visual aids used effectively and appropriately to communicate
       the information presented in the time allotted?

b.    Did the presenter demand and maintain the listener's interest?

c.    Were examples used to illustrate concepts and support conclusions?

d.    Was the demeanor appropriate to the setting?
