On-line Active Investigation Peer Evaluation

As noted elsewhere within The School of Recreation Management and Kinesiology, evaluation is an important component of any workplace project. An honest assessment of one’s self and colleagues is a requirement of professionalism. It is not a comment on the ‘worth’ of a person; it is a comment on the contributions the person made to a particular project.

NOTE: You must complete this form in order to receive credit for your own active investigation work. The points you receive from yourself and your other group members will used to calculate your individual grade on both the group paper and the group presentation. This form must be completed within one week of the due date of your group's paper.

Important: Before completing this form, complete the Microsoft Word version of this form that is posted on ACME. That version of the form contains detailed guidelines for making your evaluation. Please read those guidelines carefully. Please keep a copy of your evaluation just in case there are any technical difficulties.

Using the form below, please:
