Welcome to the Website of Dr. Richard Cunningham,
Assistant Professor, Department of English, Acadia University.
I entertain my interests in the Early Modern Period through my teaching of
Sixteenth- and Seventeenth-Century Literary and Cultural Studies, and
through my research into Rhetoric, Natural Philosophy, and the Mechanical
Arts, as well as literature of the period. These various interests come together most
often in my work on the History and Future of the Book.
