the French Keyboard on your laptop:

Go to START
menu

Then SETTINGS

Click on CONTROL
PANEL

Click on DATE,
TIME, LANGUAGE AND REGIONAL OPTIONS

Click on ADD
OTHER LANGUAGES

Click on DETAILS
-
Scroll to FRENCH
(CANADIAN)
-
Click on ADD
and OK
-
Select LEFT
ALT + SHIFT to switch languages
-
Click box at ENABLE
INDICATOR ON TASKBAR
-
Click APPLY
Close what you have opened.
