Video - Premiere


At Acadia we have access to Premiere Elements which is simple, but powerful video editor.  It is available through network applications.

Starting Premiere

Premiere uses a number of different panes to help you work with your video including: media, effects, properties, timeline etc..

Adding Media

You are able to add different types of media to your video including: captured video from a camera, video clips, pictures and sound files.

Editing Timeline

The timeline is used to edit your video and position your video clips in the order they will play.

Transitions

You can easily add transitions between video clips in your video, but don't use to many of them as they can become annoying

Titles

Titles that identify who is speaking or provide scrolling credits at the end of your movie can be easily created.

Exporting Video

Once you have completed the editing process it is simple to select the type of video output you want and export the video.
