ACME - Discussion Groups

Discussion Groups are a great way to communicate with students on a topic or to just observe and promote a discussion among the class.

to learn about creating discussions.

Using Discussions

Discussions can be used in class or as a homework assignment. You can pose a question or have the class comment on a picture or a topic related to the course. To make it a valuable homework discussion, have the students back up their comments with research, or it can be a place where groups collaborate on a project together. Discussions can also be restricted to specific groups, which is recommended for large classes.
